INTRODUCTION

Credit Review 1 to 5 is an intensive, technical hands-on course in which YOU will receive comprehensive instruction on accounting and economics aspects of financial analysis that evaluate the credit quality of various types of loans.  After discussion of the theory and real world aspects of credit analysis, the course moves to interpretation, where you will follow the lead of the instructor in building your own techniques in performing credit review.  As the course progresses, you will perform more work on an independent basis using case studies to assess various different kinds of risk.  In addition to building your own credit review models, you will learn how to use fully developed models of companies that incorporate sophisticated debt structuring, break-even analysis, contract pricing and group accounts.

In addition to building comprehensive models to evaluate credit analysis, participants will work through a number of focused modeling exercises that concentrate on how to resolve complex issues.  By the end of the course, you will be able to incorporate techniques such as DuPont Model diagrams, cash flow management and debt service reserves in the models you have developed on Your own.
